Kymi Swanepoel began her career in golf over 10 years ago as the Retail Director for the golf shops at Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin. Kymi has worked with the PGA of America on merchandising programmes for the PGA Championship and Ryder Cup in 2004. Of 16 000 golf courses in the USA, her shops were selected as part of the Top 100 Golf Shops five times and she was chosen as one of the Top 25 Merchandisers of the Year in 2005 by Golf Digest magazine in USA.

She provides retail seminars in the UK at GTEC and the Foremost Spring Shows and writes a monthly article for Golf Course Magazine (GCM) on retail enhancement. Through the implementation of several methods, either in isolation, in combination or on a tailor made basis, the unique needs of clients can be satisfied or their retail objectives achieved.
